About Me – HR Professional

I am a CIPD qualified HR professional and for the last 15 years I have been working within the HR and Operations areas in small and large sized companies across various different industries.

For any company it is really important to ensure your staff are established within the company from the very start. My drive is to ensure businesses understand their people from the outset and provide them with the right tools and information. Enabling staff to have the right ‘toolkit’ allows them to develop and work successfully in your business.

My experience is understanding and driving the functional areas of a business to getting to the heart of what makes people work efficiently and passionately alongside the day to day management of employees.

I have always worked with an open and honest mindset, created from building trusted relationships across all levels within business. I work as an extension of your team to understand your company culture and ethos, along with using professionalism and business sense to identify what potential changes need to happen.
